ESPAÑOLES DE LEYENDA IS A children’s book about famous Spaniards which covers both current and historic figures, in a similar vein to Bedtime Stories for Rebel Girls, but also side to side with extraordinary stories from people with disabilities. I contributed with 20 portrait illustrations (1 per story) and a map. The book was written by Miguel Lamo de Espinosa, with layout and cover design by Leo Otegui.
The book is available on Amazon. All proceeds from sales will go to the fundación pepitamola, which helps children with down syndrome and their families.
